Harvest Studio Gallery

The Hudson Valley has long been fertile ground for farms and artists alike. Perhaps an unlikely duo, we see a passion shared between farmers and artists. Working from a blank canvas, we work to create something that brings communities together; to slow down and share an experience together.

Drew Miller leads the Harvest Studio/Gallery, where he offers a variety of classes for young and emerging artists. Here's a link to Drew's website

The gallery is open Thursday - Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm. It's located on the lower level of the Barn at 227 Pitcher Lane.

O Zone Sustainability Center

The O Zone provides a variety of goods, services and workshops for local residents to learn about their community options as well as make their own sustainable choices. Check out the bulk-refill marketplace, participate in the Community Compost CSA program, sign-up to receive quarterly waste-free packages, and take advantage of the O Zone’s many free recycling endeavors.  Learn more.

Heartbreaker Flower Farm

2023 is the third season Heartbreaker is growing cut-flowers at Greig Farm. Heartbreaker grows hundreds of varieties of gorgeous flowers - from special and unique tulips and to more humble favorites like zinnias and sunflowers. Locally-grown (and chemical-free) flowers support local bees and pollinators, regenerate local soils, beautify local tables and have less impact on mother earth. Flowers are for sale in the Farm Market. Join Club Heartbreak - a CSA Share Program - and receive weekly bouquets of beautiful, fresh flowers!

Grandiflora Garden Center

Grandiflora Garden Center, located at 144 Pitcher Lane on the farm, is a go-to resource for gardeners in the Hudson Valley. Grandiflora’s owner, Katie, offers deep gardening and horticultural knowledge that will help you landscape your home or establish a backyard garden. Katie studied Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at Cornell U. and has been gardening and designing gardens ever since. Grandiflora is open seasonally.

Dennis Higgins is a resident jewelry artist on the farm. Dennis’s studio is located in our old bullpen, a small outbuilding located behind our 1850s dairy barn. Dennis has an open-door policy at his studio: you’re welcome to stop in to see his work and say hello anytime that he’s there. To find out more about his work, take a look at his website.

Steel Imaginations

A long-time friend of the farm, Wilfredo Morel has shaped our farm’s artist community. We strive to make our farm a closed system, where every output of one component is a potential input to another component. Wilfredo participates by repurposing broken equipment parts into beautiful metal sculptures. Our mechanic’s shop doubles as Wilfredo’s studio. Each piece of equipment that enters the shop exits either repaired and ready to return to the field, or in a new form as a piece of art.
